Joye Lynne Langley Ramsey made her way on the road to the golden gates on January 24, 2013. Waiting just on the other side are her Parents, Leonard and Bessie Delong Langley. Also waiting to meet Joye are her siblings, Dorothy Rogers, Steve Langley, and Jane Collins. Joye was born November 24, 1948 in Arkansas City, Arkansas. She was sixty-four years and two months old. After a two year battle with ALS, She met the angels. Joye worked as cosmetologist for over forty-one years, she was one of the best . She was always very conscientious with her clients and her job. They fast became her friends and family. Her co-workers will tell you the same as they also became her friends. She had a great capacity to love, though most knew not to get on her bad side. She leaves behind twin daughters, Allison and husband Tommy Sutton, and Becky Ramsey. The light of her world, her grandchildren, Josh, Lexy, Daniel, and P.J. Sutton of Mayflower. She also leaves behind her sister, Ellen and husband Danny Patrom of El Paso, Ark.; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousin, and many friends. A special thank you to Carrie Cobb with Arkansas Hospice, for her help and support over the last few weeks. Extra thanks to Amie Reed for you love and tender care of your Aunt Joye. Thanks to all of you for the prayers, cards, letters, and puzzles sent over the past two years. She watched for the mail daily. Memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, January 27, 2013 at El Paso First Baptist Church, El Paso, Arkansas. Larry Grubbs officiating.
