Martha Belle Langston

Martha Belle Langston, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2013. She was born August 16, 1923, in Marianna, Arkansas to Courtney Langston Sr., and Gertrude Langston. She graduated from the University of Arkansas and the University of Tennessee School of Nursing. She was a nurse anesthetist and practiced in Tennessee and Florida. She also volunteered for a medical mission to Nigeria. She was an avid golfer and loved music and dancing and beach activities. She was predeceased in death by her parents, her brother, Courtney Langston, Jr., and a niece, Martha Marie Hutto. She is survived by a niece, Lynn Langston Benham, and nephew, Samuel Courtney Langston III.
