Martha Jean Parks Craig

Martha Jean Parks Craig, 83, of Little Rock, entered her heavenly home on July 6, 2013. She was born May 11, 1930 in Little Rock to Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Parks. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Eloise Hogue and Bernadine Carwile, and by grandson, Jordan Dalrymple. Martha is survived by her husband of 62 years, Bill Craig Jr.; brother, Bill Parks (Joy) of Muskogee, Oklahoma; daughter, Allison Dalrymple (Steve) of White Hall, Arkansas; sons, Michael Craig and Bill Craig III (Judy), both of Little Rock; grandchildren, Alex Dalrymple, Hannah Craig, Jason Craig, and Catherine Craig; great-granddaughter, Ava Pope; and by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She enjoyed the many years of working alongside her husband in their business, Community Motors. She was active in Parkway Place Baptist Church (formerly Baptist Tabernacle) sharing her love for Jesus with preschoolers for many years. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 10, at 11 a.m. at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, 5800 West 12th Street. Private burial will be at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
