Otis Alfonso Strickland, Jr., 66, of Little Rock, passed away peacefully July 7, 2013. Left to cherish his memory are his loving, caring wife Olivia C.W. Strickland; sons, Shawn, Otis III, and David; daughter, Angela; grandchildren; mother, Mary Elizabeth Strickland; brother, Kasib Tauheed Bilali; uncle, J.D. Brown; sisters, Lydia Abdullah and Ruth East; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family hour will be Thursday, July 11, 2013, 6-7 p.m. His funeral service will be Friday, July 12, 2013, 10 a.m., both services will be at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home Chapel, 1200 Chester St., Little Rock.
