Sandra Kay Noetzel Small

Sandra Kay Noetzel Small, 71, of Vilonia, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with lung cancer on Sunday, July 7, 2013 at Hospice Home Care in Little Rock, Ark. Born to the late Robert Noetzel and Julia Komosa Whitney on Jan. 16, 1942 in Chicago, Ill., she was the beloved mother of Jack Small Jr. and Julie Brewer; cherished grandmother of TaLisa and Sean Sebourn (husband) and Torren Brewer; dearest sister to Sonya Leys as well as numerous nieces and nephews of Irvine, Calif. and cousins of Chicago, Ill.
