Buster William Loveday, 90, of Little Rock, a devoted husband and father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away July 15, 2013. He was born in Little Rock, the only child of Ora and Pearl Gunter Loveday. He was a U.S. Army Air Corps Veteran of World War II and retired from Westinghouse Electric Corporation after 35 years of service. He was a Master Mason of Brady Lodge for 50 years. He enjoyed flying, boating, fishing, the horse races, playing golf and his Lake Hamilton home. Preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Sandra Ann Bryant, he is survived by his wife of 43 years, Ruby Matlock Loveday; daughters, Rosalind Ratley and Linda Sue Carroll, both of Little Rock; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be this evening, Wednesday, July 17 from 6-7 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Graveside services with Military Honors will be Thursday, July 18 at 11: a.m. at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
