Charles Eugene Williams

Mr. Charles Eugene Williams, age 46, of Summerville, Georgia passed away Friday, July 12, 2013, in a Rome hospital. A native of LaFayette, Georgia He was born on September 3, 1967 a son of Charles Edward Williams and Mahala Snyder Williams, who both survive. Mr. Williams was retired from law enforcement and retail sales and was a former National Guardsman. He was preceded in death by a daughter the late Latisha Faith. Surviving are his wife,Tracie Ann Prince Williams; parents, Charles Edward Williams and Mahala Snyder Williams of LaFayette; children, Heather Williams & spouse Jeremy Starr, Trace Anthony Nassar, and Robert Alexander Nassar; daughter-in-law, Erin Shoptaw all of Arkansas; sister, Angelia Lucille Gruber; brothers, Jeff Alan Williams and Curtis Edward Williams all of LaFayette; six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held Wednesday, July 17th, at 2 p.m. from the J.D. Hill Memorial Chapel of Earle Rainwater Funeral Home with Minister Hugh Glaze officiating.
