James N. Lee

James N. Lee, 83, of Paragould, passed away July 19, 2013. He was born Jan. 14, 1930 in Greensboro, N.C., to the late Hazel (Payne) Hendrick. An electrician by trade for 60 years, he was a member of the Local Union 1516 of the IBEW. Jim served in the U.S. Marines Corp. and was of the Baptist faith. Christmas was his favorite time of year and he thoroughly enjoyed decorating the yard with lights and displays for the holidays. He got a lot of joy out of talking to people who would stop by when he was outside, and seeing the joy it brought to other people while he was putting up the many displays and lights. Jim's survivors include his wife, Sandra Lee, of the home; daughter and son-in-law, Pat and David Elrod of North Little Rock; sons and daughters-in-law, Eddie and Alicia Lee of West Plains, Mo., and Mark and Jean Wahl of West Memphis, Ark.; 15 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson. Per Jim's request, there will be no services held.
