Joyce Ann Todd Berry

Joyce Ann Todd Berry, 80, of Roland, died peacefully at Perry County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Perryville, Ark. on Thursday, July 25, 2013. She was born September 4, 1932 in Gideon, Missouri, moved to Memphis, Tennessee, and met and married James Berry. They moved to Little Rock, Arkansas where Joyce worked at National Ole Line Insurance Company until she retired in 1994. Joyce loved all kinds of needlework and was a prolific artist, painting in oils and watercolor. She also enjoyed playing bridge and bowling, with her many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Rubye Todd, brother Lyndell Lloyd Todd, her husband, James Berry, and daughter, Penelope Lynn Berry. She is survived by her partner in life and friend, Dr.Marge Brewster of Roland, Ark., her brother; Kerry Michael Todd of Sacramento, Calif., and her sister; Brenda (Todd) Stanphill of Harrison, Ark., as well as many other family members and friends. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, July 28, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Mayflower Cemetery in Mayflower, Ark.
