David Edward Estes

David Edward Estes, 63, of Houston, Texas, formerly of Little Rock, Ark., died June 9 after a long courageous battle with cancer. Preceded by his parents, Jack and Luana; brothers, Charles and Jack, and sister Grace. He is survived by his sisters Cherry (Charles), Donna (Herb) and Amanda (Billy), many nieces and nephews and grandnieces and nephews; and his loyal and loving dogs, Biscuit, Lambchop, Pancake and Scooter. He is also survived by a legion of true loving friends. David will never be forgotten by his family and friends. David never met a stranger. He was a true gentleman. David requested that he be cremated. Volumes could be written about who David was, what he accomplished, the people that he knew and entertained, but it really isn't necessary because the people who knew and loved David already know what a wonderful, special man he was. A celebration of his life will be held June 30 at 3 p.m. at Maumelle Park Pavilion GS01. Goodbye for now sweet brother. I love you - I love you MORE!
