Thomas Paul Staley

Thomas Paul Staley, 73, of Hensley, passed away June 20, 2013. Tom was born March 5, 1940, in North Little Rock to the late Paul Staley and Ora Lynch. Tom married Linda (Herbert) Staley, June 20, 1964. He loved to fish but most of all he loved spending time with his family. Tom's grandchildren were the apples of his eyes. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in East End. Tom was preceded in death by his parents; son, Terry Staley; and brother, Clifton Staley. Tom is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Linda Staley of East End; son, Tim Staley; daughter, Tracie Doshier; brothers, Gerald, Don, Richard; sister, Betty Sue Dennis; five grandchildren; one great grandchild and a host of other family and friends that will miss him dearly. Visitation is Monday, June 24, 2013 from 10 to 11 a.m., at Sardis United Methodist Church. Committal Service will follow after visitation at McPherson Cemetery in Sardis. Memorial Service will follow at 2 p.m., at Sardis United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace United Methodist Building Fund.
