Beth Elaine Garrett

Beth Elaine Garrett 86, of Clinton, Arkansas died Friday, February 22, 2013. She was born July 1, 1926 at Abileen, Kansas to the late Evertt and Mabel (Hessell) Smith. Beth graduated from Excelsior Springs High School in 1944. She married the late Ruby D. Garrett Jr. in 1952, they lived together in Long Island New York, before relocating to Clinton in 1969. Beth was a teletype operator for Trans World Airlines. She was a retired member of the VFW Auxiliary District 6 Color Guard. Beth is survived by two sisters, many cousins, nieces and nephews. Memorial Service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home Chapel Clinton, Arkansas with Pastor Hal Baker officiating.
