Willie Edgar Wyers

Willie Edgar Wyers, age 90, of Clarksville died Monday, March 4 at Lakewood Nursing and Rehab Center in North Little Rock. He was born November 8, 1922 in Mountain Top, Arkansas. Son of the late William and Elizabeth Wakefield Wyers. A member of the Clarksville Church Of Christ. He was a WWII Navy Veteran, a master gardener, and was a retired supervisor from North Little Rock MAIL Distribution Center. Preceded in death by his wife, Lexie Pipkins Wyers, two sisters, Lorene Garner and Ouida Gaines. Survivors include, two daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Ann and Larry Klotz, Kathy and Charles Holland, eight grandchildren, Daniel and Kim Klotz, Katie and William Mauldin, Jacob Klotz, Kristina Klotz, Lauren Holland, Joshua Holland all of Sherwood, one great grandchild, Joseph Klotz. Graveside Service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Kendall Cemetery with Jake Chism and John Ballard officiating, honorary pallbearers will be the grandchildren. Arrangements by Hardwicke Funeral Home.
