James Moore Brown Sr.

JAMES MOORE BROWN SR., age 88, beloved husband of 66 years to Helaine M. Brown; brother of Margo Harvey, and V. Ken Brown (deceased); loving father of James M. Brown Jr., Zoe Jacobsen (deceased), Floy Kaminski, Don K. Brown, Alan C. Brown, and Helaine Borge; devoted grandfather of 17, great-grandfather of nine and lifelong best friend of Martin (Spud) Hall. Jim was raised in Chicago, was a WWII Naval Pilot, had a distinguished career as an electrical engineer and corporate manager, and was a member of the Second Presbyterian Church, Little Rock, Ark. He was a problem solver, could fix nearly anything and was always helping others. He played the piano for many years and led his family in songs until his last days. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 7 at a time to be determined at the Second Presbyterian Church, 600 Pleasant Valley Drive, Little Rock, Ark. Arrangements by Ruebel Funeral Home.
