Penny Jean Rankin

Penny Jean Rankin, (MeMe), age 59, of Stuttgart, went to be with the Lord on May 4, 2013. She was born June 8, 1953 in Indianapolis, Ind. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank "Sonny" Owens. She is survived by her husband, Robert Rankin of Stuttgart, Ark.; her mother, Dorothy Wilson Owens of Indianapolis, Ind.; sons - Bobby Rankin and Alissa; Randy (Sherrie) Rankin of Humnoke, Ark.; Nathan (Tosha) Rankin of Stuttgart, Ark. and Billy Rankin of Stuttgart, Ark.; and a daughter, Stephanie (Marcus) Mealler of Stuttgart, Ark.; sisters - Brenda (Ozrie) Rice and Karen (Bob) Fraley all of Indianapolis, Ind.; grandchildren - Jonathan and Madelyn Rankin of Seneca, Mo.; Drake and Brylee Rankin of Stuttgart, Ark. and Eli, Mitch and John Michael Mealler of Stuttgart, Ark. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 7 from 5:30-8 p.m. at Jesus Name Church of Christ at 18th & Park in Stuttgart. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8 at Jesus Name Church of Christ in Stuttgart. Burial will be in Lone Tree Cemetery in Stuttgart.
