Betty J. Clark, 85, widow of Willie Clark, died Monday. Survivors are daughters, Sandra Reinhart, Stuttgart, and Dianne Sing, Pine Bluff; half-brothers, Harold Hall and Bobby Hall, Stuttgart; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
