Elsie Marie Eddy, 86, of Austin, died Tuesday, May 7, 2013. She was born October 24, 1926 in McCrory to the late Clarence and Etta Sims Taylor. Mrs. Eddy was a member of the First Pentecostal Church in North Little Rock. She loved her church and her family. She enjoyed music and taught her children to sing and play the guitar. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Eddy was preceded in death by her husband, Waymon Eddy; two sons, David and Rayburn Eddy; a grandson, Anthony LaFave; two brothers, Coy and Jessie Baker and a sister, Mary Sue Baker. Survivors are her children, Waymon Eddy, Jr. and his wife, Ione of Cabot, Paul Eddy and his wife, Barbara of Cabot, Darrell Eddy and his wife Peggy of Austin, Kenneth Eddy and his wife, Ruth Ann of North Little Rock, Juanita Brown and her husband, Edward of Cabot, Debi LaFave and her husband, Tom of Cabot, and Patricia Balentine and her husband, Lloyd of Cabot; two daughters-in-law, Gladys Eddy of Ward and Janice Eddy of Austin; one sister Wanda Moore of Indianapolis, Indiana; five brothers, Grady Taylor and James Taylor, both of Beebe, Estle Taylor of Austin, Jerry Baker of Heber Springs and Doyce Baker of Ingalls, Indiana; 39 grandchildren, 84 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, May 8, 2013 in the chapel of Moore's Cabot Funeral Home. Funeral services are 2 p.m., Thursday, May 9, 2013 at First Pentecostal Church in North Little Rock, with Rev. J.N. and Rev. Nathan Holmes officiating. Burial to follow at Mt.
