Catherine Davis

Catherine Cotton Davis departed this life on May 10, 2013. She was born on November 25, 1926 to the union of Merle and Susie Cotton who precedes her in death; also preceding in 1985, her husband Herman Davis. She leaves to cherish her memories seven children; Michael "Dino" Davis of California, Barbara Jones of Mississippi, Andre Davis of Little Rock, Kathy (Vance) Chambers, Verna Freeman, and Jamie Davis, all of Jacksonville and Vanessa Davis of Lonoke; 26 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Momma Davis was feisty and frank, you knew where she was coming from at all times and she always had a good story to share until her health began to fail in 2003. She will be dearly missed by us all. Visitation, 1-5 p.m. Wednesday, May 15 at Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke. Graveside Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 16 at Little Rock National Cemetery.www.boydfuneralhome.net.
