Ramona J. Patton

Ramona J. Patton, age 84 of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2013. She was born on December 28, 1928 to her late parents Edward Dow and Ollie Mae Martin Ray in Brinkley, Arkansas. Ramona was retired from the Brinkley School District as a Cafeteria Supervisor and was the Mayor of Biscoe, Ark. in 1979. After retirement and moving to Little Rock, she volunteered for several years for St. Vincent's Infirmary and Doctors Hospital. She was loved by many and will be missed by all. She is survived by her sons, Gary Patton (Donna) of Bartlesville, Okla. and Ralph Patton (Charlotte) of Little Rock, Ark. and one brother Edward Ray (Virginia) of Monticello, Ark.; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Eldridge Patton, one son Michael Stacey Patton and one grandson. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, May 17, 2013 at Faith United Methodist Church in Little Rock with Reverend Harriett Akins-Banman officiating.
