BILLY ROGER COLLINS, 74, of Jacksonville, born Nov. 18, 1938, passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2013. He was Assembly of God affiliation. Billy is survived by his wife, Leoda (Wiggins) Collins and mother Gertie Vaughn. He is also survived by children, Billy Kurk Collins, Billie Oleta (Steven) Arnold, and Steve Collins; grandchildren, Christine (Nelson) Rosales, Roger Arnold; great-grandchildren Hailey, Anna and Gabriela Rosales; brothers, Wayne Collins, Lynn Collins and Dale Collins; and sister, Joyce Grimes. Visitation will be at 1 p.m., on Monday, May 20, 2013 at Arkansas Funeral Care, 2620 W. Main Street, Jacksonville. Services will follow at 1:30. Interment will be at Arkansas Memorial Gardens.
