Donna Nolan Morgan Mashburn

Mrs. Donna Nolan Morgan Mashburn, 57, of Longview, died Friday, May 17, 2013 at her residence. Donna was a native of Rockford, Ill. and was raised in Dermott. She was a resident of Longview for the past 10 years and a former resident of Monticello. She graduated from Dermott High School in 1974, received her bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas at Monticello and she attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock for her master's degree. She was an accountant, a member of the Presbyterian Church and when she was a resident of Monticello she was actively involved in the Monticello Junior Auxiliary. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Roger Dale Morgan; two sons, Kevin Joseph Morgan and William Jason Morgan; her father, William Curtis Nolan; a sister, Jeannie Phillips and her fathers-in-law, James Mashburn and George Morgan. She is survived by her husband, Jimbo Mashburn of Longview; a daughter, Jessica Morgan Sayers of Aberdeen, S.D.; three step-sons, James Earl Mashburn and Clint Allen Mashburn both of Longview and Matthew Scott Mashburn of New Mexico; a step-daughter, Lindsey Mashburn Johnson of Crossett; her mother, Bonnie Gene Blackwell Nolan of Dermott; her mother-in-law, Jane Adams of Dermott; two sisters, Linda Dianne Lee of Milwaukee, Wis. and Janice Sledge of Dermott; two brothers, Gene Phillips of Dermott and Bill Nolan of Monroe, La.; and a host of nieces and nephews. Graveside services are 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 21, 2013 in the Dermott Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers are John Scroggins, Jon Shea, Andy Morrison and Jared Phillips.
