Howard "Fuzz" Davis

Howard "Fuzz" Halton Davis, 79, of El Paso, died Friday, May 17, 2013. Howard was born Aug. 28, 1933 in Naylor to the late Lonnie and Bessie (Bates) Davis. He is also preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Lillian (Cruise) Davis and great-granddaughter Olivia Hambrick. Mr. Davis was a very loving and honest man, who would do anything for his grandchildren. He worked as a mechanic, and even after retirement continued to tinker. In his spare time, he loved to coon hunt. He is survived by children, Gail Jones and Jasper of Kensett, Dale Davis and Beverly of Beebe, Carolyn Davis of El Paso, David Howard Davis of West Virginia, and Steve Davis of Kensett; brother, Fabron Davis of Searcy and sister, Alice Fay of Michigan; grandchildren, Lisa Patrom, Deanna Wilson, Jason Davis, Jordan Davis, Kim Millsaps, Rhonda Lopez, Todd Holland, Amber Vaden, Dusty Davis, Steve Davis Jr., Jessica Thrift and David Davis; 20 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday, May 20, 2013 at Romance Full Gospel Church. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the church, followed by burial at Grissard Cemetery.
