Ruth Gertrude Krueger

RUTH GERTRUDE KRUEGER, 90, of Sherwood, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 16, 2013. She was born on Thursday, Oct. 12, 1922 in Eldora, Iowa to the late Herbert Reynolds and Anna P. Baughman Whiting. She was an avid genealogist, she wrote family history book of the Krueger, Whiting and Baughman families. She is survived by two sons, Laurel E. Clay of Maples, Fla., Merle Krueger of Greene, Iowa; daughter, Janice Neal of Waterloo, Iowa; sister, Margaret Steinfeldt of Iowa; two nieces, Mary Maddux and Allison Chipman; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Ruth is preceded in death by her first husband, Ora Clay; her husband Delmar Krueger; infant daughter; parents; a brother and sister. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, May 20, 2013, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Little Rock. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
