Charles F. Lilly

CHARLES F. LILLY, 92, of Little Rock, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2013. He was born in Morrilton, Ark. on Sept. 23, 1920 to the late Charlie C. and Maggie Lilly. Mr. Lilly retired from Kroger Company after 33 years of service. He was a Navy Veteran of World War II. He was a good husband, father, grandfather and cared for and provided for his family. He is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy, and several brothers and sisters. Mr. Lilly is survived by a son, Sammy Lilly of Owasso, Okla.; a daughter, Beverly Boone of Bogue Chitto, Miss.; three grandsons, Jonathan Lilly, Brandon Lilly and Dustin Boone; two sisters, Clora Higgins and Pearline George; one brother, James Lilly. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home Chapel 10900 I-30 Little Rock, Ark. (501) 455-5800, with Reverend Roy Tilley officiating. Burial will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at the Funeral Home.
