Rosie A. Spann, 90, of Little Rock, passed away, Friday, May 17, 2013. She leaves to cherish her memory, children Richard Siller, Inez Williams, and George Spann; 12 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
