Robert Lewis Stinnett

Robert Lewis Stinnett, age 66, of Maud, Texas, died Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at his home. Mr. Stinnett was born January 29, 1947 in Gurdon, Arkansas to the late Jeter and Louise Stinnett. He was a retired Superintendent from Maud ISD and a member of Maud United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Wava Waldon Stinnett of Maud, Texas; one daughter and son-in-law, Ashley and Brad Carlow of Maud, Texas; two sons and daughters-in-law, Robbey and Shayla Stinnett of Peachtree City, Georgia, and Lendsey and Wendy Stinnett of Texarkana, Texas; one brother and sister-in-law, Dr. J.L. and Sharon Stinnett of Searcy, Arkansas; one sister and brother-in-law, Myrna and Dr. Daniel Hoke of Jefferson, Texas; six grandchildren and numerous other family and friends. Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 25, 2013 at Maud ISD with Dr. Daniel Hoke and Rev. Ross Hyde officiating under the direction of Chapelwood Funeral Home, Nash, Texas.
