Mr. Alton Samuel James, 54 of Grapevine passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2013. He was born in Grapevine to the late Joseph and Johnnie (Mays) James. Survivors include Brothers, Lincoln James of Waldo, John James; Sisters, Linda Litzsey both of Grapevine, Carolyn Brewer of Sherwood. Funeral Service will be 1 p.m., Sunday, November 3, 2013 at Grapevine COGIC by Rev. Marcus Cooper. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff. Visitation will be Saturday from 5-6 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. The body will lie in state Sunday at the church from 12:15 p.m. until service time. The family will be at 1590 Grant 23, Grapevine.
