Cory Dwayne Waters Jr. 17, of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life on October 31, 2013. His survivors include: grandmother, Maxine Waters; mother, Melanie Foots; brother, Cortlen Waters; sister, (Princess) Ciara Waters; grandparents, Charles & Gloria Foote and Diane Williams and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Family visitation: Friday, November 8, 2013, 6-7 pm, at Westside Baptist Church, 2715 West 7th Street, Little Rock, Ark. Home going services will be on Saturday, November 9, 2013, 11 a.m., at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home Chapel, 1200 S. Chester St. Little Rock, Ark. Interment will follow at Stuman Cemetery.
