Helen Marie Williams

Helen Marie Williams, 86, made her transition Saturday, November 2, 2013. Ms. Williams, originally from Little Rock, Ark., taught at the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff, formerly, Arkansas AM&N College for 10 years prior to relocating to Chicago, Ill. in 1967, where she taught at Dwight D. Eisenhower High School for approximately 30 years. Ms. Williams was inducted as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority in 1963 and inducted in the Top Ladies of Distinction, South Suburban Chicago Chapter, in 1989. She leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Services will be held at Gatling Chapel, 10133 South Halsted, Chicago, Ill.
