Pastor "E.A." Evans Allen Reeves (Reves), age 67, of Cabot went to be with his Lord on November 10, 2013 Little Rock. He was born on December, 5, 1945 in Batesville to the late Owen Lee and Margret Maynard Reeves. He is preceded in death by his brothers: Therman Reves, Nolan Reves. Evans was a minster servant of the Lord for over 50, Evans was saved at the age of 13 and the Lord called him to preach the Gospel and served as a Sunday School Teacher, a young people's leader and began Preaching. He helped to build and establish churches in Texas and ministered in Arkansas. He built and preached First Trinity Pentecostal Church in Cabot for 20 years; Till the Lord called him home for eternal rest from him labor and services. He was employed by Cabot School District for 23 Years. Evans is survived by wife of 39 years, Rose Mary of Cabot, two sons: Allen Dale Reeves of Cabot, Michael Reeves of Cabot four brothers: Melvin Reves, Leo Reves, Darrell Reves and Guen Reves all of Batesville, two sisters: Maxiene Dew and Darlene Everett both of Batesville, five grandchildren: Wyatt, Katelyn, Ethan, Eva and Nathan, and a host of other family and friends. A time of visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, November 13, 2013 6 p.m. till 8 p.m. at First Trinity Pentecostal Church with service Thursday November 14, 2013 at 10 a.m. with interment service 2 p.m. at Cave Creek Cemetery in Batesville.
