James Anthony "Buddy" Nickles, age 68, died November 10, 2013. He was a veteran of the US Navy. Survivors; his mother Johnnie Burrail of Montana; his wife Kaye Felton Nickles of the home; daughter Tamra Kirkland and granddaughter Shila Kirkland, both of Jacksonville and sister Lavada of Oregon.
