James Dennis Smith, 68, of North Little Rock, died Monday, November 11, 2013. Jim was born September 22, 1945 in Waldo to the late Samuel and Mildred (Dennis) Smith. Jim served in the US Air Force. He was the founding minister of Hard Rider Biker Church and was owner of Altered Images Tattoo Parlor, the first licensed parlor in Arkansas. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, and had a number of show bikes. He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Paula (Tyner) Smith of NLR; son, Brian Smith of South Carolina; brother, Joe Smith of Dallas; mother-in-law, Loretta Tyner Nicholes of Conway; and aunt, Carolyn Watteau of Conway. Visitation will be 10-12 Saturday, November 16 at Arkansas Funeral Care, 2620 W. Main St., Jacksonville.
