W.E. "Bill" Palmer, 74, of Little Rock, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 10, 2013. Visitation will be this evening, Thursday, November 14 from 5-7 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). The funeral service will be Friday, November 15 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by burial with Military Honors at Martindale Cemetery, 42600 Hwy. 10, Bigelow.
