Daniel Jewel Marlar

Daniel Jewel Marlar, 49, of North Little Rock died Thursday, November 14, 2013, in North Little Rock. He was born July 25, 1964 in Englewood, Calif. to James E. Marlar and the late Joan Downing Marlar. Daniel was a 1982 graduate of North Little Rock High School, attended University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and was owner of Marlar Insurance Company in North Little Rock. He attended First Assembly of God Church. He was predeceased by his mother and grandparents. He is survived by his father, James E. Marlar of North Little Rock; three sons, Adam, twins Daniel and Clay and one daughter, Lindsey. A memorial service is planned at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, November 19, at First Assembly of God, 4501 Burrow Drive, North Little Rock, Ark. A private family interment is planned in Rector, Ark. at a later time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent in Daniel's memory to First Assembly of God, 4501 Burrow Drive, North Little Rock, Ark. 72116.
