James Michael Willis

James Michael Willis, 70, of Little Rock, Arkansas died Thursday, November 14, 2013. He was born August 27, 1943 in Ponca, Oklahoma he was the first born son to James Moses and Martha Evelyn (Vaughan) Willis. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines from 1961-1964. He graduated from Witchita State University. He was preceded in death by parents, and brother, Dan Willis. He is survived by his wife Bettye Willis, sons, Wayne and Nick Willis, daughters, Amanda Willis and Julie Weaver (all of Little Rock). Grandchildren: Harrison, Sarah Katherine, John Willis, and Sydney Weaver, sister, Nancy Rogers and husband Larry of Dennison, Texas; sister, Polly Slater of Tonganoxie, Kansas; brothers, Tim Willis of Santa Fe, New Mexico; and Tom Willis of Lake Elsinore, California, and many friends.
