Emma Nell Knight

Emma Nell Ishmael Knight, 78, of Sherwood, died Saturday, November 23, 2013. Emma was born January 28, 1935 in Promise Land, Ark. to the late Robert and Emma Ishmael. She is also preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Charles William Knight, Sr. (CW), grandchildren Brian Knight and Derrick Knight, sisters, Alma Braden, Louise Renard, and Rachel Hill, and brothers, Wilburn and Alvie Ishmael. Mrs. Knight is survived by sons, Charles Jr. (Chuck) and Robert Knight; five grandchildren: Kim Meeks, Ashley Crawford, Dustin Knight, Chris Knight and Katie Knight; five great-grandchildren: Zachary and Anna Rowlett, Kylie McGuire and Kellen and Avah Crawford (two more great-grandchildren on the way); and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday at Arkansas Funeral Care, 2620 W. Main St., Jacksonville.
