Mildred Ruth Phillips. A loving woman went to be with the Lord on November 24 at the age of 77. She was a wonderful loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She was preceded in death by her husband Randall Richardson. She is survived by her three daughters, Joyce Burruss, Mary Anderson, and Molly Register; five grandchildren, La-Joyce, Sharon, Lashaunna, John, and Michael; eight great-grandchildren, Paige, Gage, Courtney, Hayden, Hailey, Aurora, Lexi, and Triston; one sister, Shirley Drawbaugh; and her dearest friend, Maudie.
