William Henry "Choke" Robinson III, 60, of Little Rock passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2013. The eldest son of Rev. Dr. William H. Robinson, Jr. and Sara C. Robinson. Choke was an avid golfer and loved jazz music. He attended Horace Mann Senior High School, Class of 1971. He graduated from AM&N College (UAPB) where he joined the Gamma Sigma chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Inc. A founding member of Theressa Hoover United Methodist Church, he dedicated his life to God and family. Preceded in death by his mother, Sara Robinson; brothers, Willie Ray Robinson and Antonio Robinson. He leaves a legacy to his only child Sarita Robinson. He is survived by father, Rev. Dr. William H. Robinson Jr.; sisters, Deborah Bell, Jacqueline Bruce (Charlie), Sandra McIntosh, Karen Robinson; brothers, Eddie Robinson (Sheila), Danny Robinson (Bernita); close friend, Linda White, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Hospice Homecare for their comforting care. Family hour will be 6:15-7:15 p.m. Friday, Nov. 29, 2013 at Robinson Mortuary Chapel, LR. The Homegoing service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013 at Theressa Hoover UMC, 4000 W. 13th Street, Little Rock, followed by interment at ElmLawn Cemetery.
