Ollen "Dee" Wilson went to be with his Lord and Savior on September 29, 2013. He passed away at his home after an extended illness. He served God with a giving heart in his own quiet way. He was born in Amity Arkansas to the late Fred and Hazel Wilson on January 30, 1939. He is survived by his mate and best friend of 51 years, Mary Frances Gilliam Wilson, his beloved children and grandchildren Nicole, Rodney, and Demme Young, Dillon Wilson and Devin Holladay, his brother Harold Wilson, his sisters Karen Richards, Portia Murry, and Diane Rood, and his brother and sister-in-law Clif and Lynette Gilliam. We will miss his fun and loving ways. His family was the light of his life as was Buster is faithful dog who brought him much comfort and companionship during his illness. Two brothers preceded him in death, Ronald Wilson and Lyndell Wilson as well as many other family members and wonderful friends. He grew up in Pulaski County and lived in NLR most of his life. He was a faithful member of First Assembly of God Church, NLR and then Fellowship North Church, NLR for 21 years. He loved hunting, fishing, and watching the Razorbacks and Dallas Cowboys. Dee owned and operated his own Land Surveying Business for 40 years in LR and NLR. He loved his work and all the people he came in contact with. We miss you poppa and thank God for all the wonderful years you gave us. Many thanks to our family, friends, Fellowship North Church, and Arkansas Hospice (Marcia and Liz) for all of their love and support through Dee's illness.
