Mary Ruth Ferguson

Mary Ruth Ferguson, 91, of Searcy, went to be with her Lord on Monday, September 30, 2013. She was born on Friday, July 14, 1922 in Searcy to the late Clyde L. and Mary L. Castleberry Nicholson. Mrs. Ferguson was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was a homemaker, a minister's wife and a member of Cloverdale Church of Christ in Searcy. Her hobbies include sewing, gardening, taking care of her flowers and reading, especially her Bible. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 73 years, Worley R. Ferguson; daughters, Freda Barber and her husband Glenn of Hot Springs and Pat Culbreath and her husband Larry of Fayetteville; six grandchildren, Sheri Homishak of Hot Springs, Randy Barber of Nashville, Tennessee, Becky Tewell of Trabuco Canyon, California, Kim Penn of Fayetteville, Mike Culbreath of McKinney, Texas, Jason Culbreath of Huntingdon, Tennessee; 13 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. Pallbearers will be Randy Barber, Jason Culbreath, Clint Emfinger, Jerry Homishak, Cody Homishak, Justin Lee and Mike Culbreath.
