Coy Drewry

Coy Drewry, 71 years of age, of Little Rock, Ark., passed from this life to the next on October 2, 2013. He was born October 4th, 1941 at Richland Creek in Searcy County, Ark. He was the son of the late Thomas Lester Drewry and Berniece Beal Drewry. Coy began his career in the construction equipment sales industry in 1962 at Rushing & Mason Equipment Co. He continued this career at Clark Machinery Co. in 1984. He worked at Clark Machinery for 29 years. Coy enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching wildlife. But, most of all, he enjoyed watching his grandchildren participate in all their activities. Coy was a Christian. He worshiped at the Windsong Church of Christ. Survivors are his wife of 46 years Linda, Ruth Jones Drewry whom he married October 8, 1967; one son, Brian Drewry and spouse Amy, Wooster, Ark.; three sisters Willa Simmons, Witt Springs, Ark., Sharon Caughron and spouse Gary, Hector, Ark.; three grandchildren, Will Drewry, Caroline Drewry, Claire Drewry, all of Wooster, Ark. Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. Saturday October 5, at Windsong Church of Christ. Funeral services 11 a.m. Saturday at Windsong Church of Christ. Burial 4 p.m. Saturday October 5, in Outlaw Cemetery at Sumpter, Ark. by Frazer's Funeral Home.
