Lt. Col. John Robert Fullerton, USAF (Retired), 87, of Heber Springs died peacefully at home on September 29, 2013. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, October 5 with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. in Heber Springs Funeral Home Chapel.
