Beverly Sue Winters

Beverly Sue Winters, 49, of Cabot, went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 11, 2013. She was born March 16, 1964 in Kirkwood, Missouri to Shirley May Leinweber Barnes and the late John Curtis Barnes. Beverly attended McArthur Assembly of God in Jacksonville. She worked many years in the childcare industry, most recently having worked at McArthur Daycare. She adored her grandchildren, and loved dogs, horses and decorating. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a son, David Brown and a grandson, Michael Sowell. Survivors are her mother, Shirley Barnes of Austin, her children, Joshua Vann and his wife, Ashley of Beebe, Megan Sowell and her husband, Gary Don of Beebe, Will Winters of Michigan and Danielle Winters of Cabot; her sister, Paula Johnson of Austin, six grandchildren, Natalie, Jaron and Jordyn Vann and Michelle, Heather, and Hayden Sowell; and her fiancé, Curtis A. Sohn of Cabot. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m., Sunday, October 13, 2013 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, October 14, 2013 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
