FRANK LUGO ELIZARDO, 80, of Little Rock passed away on Friday, Oct. 18, 2013. He was born on April 5, 1933 in Sinton, Texas. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 22nd at 2 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home with Dr. Bob Dunaway officiating. Burial will follow at Cypress Valley Cemetery in Faulkner County.
