Donald Thomas Walker

Rev. Donald Thomas Walker, 95, of Malvern died Tuesday, October 22, 2013. He was born September 6, 1918 in Luxora, Ark. to the late Thomas Burton and Lillie Johnson Walker. Mr. Walker was a retired minister and member of Christ Assembly Full Gospel Church in Benton. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Walker, one sister, and five brothers. He is survived by one son Rev. David Walker (Anita) of Malvern, Ark.; three daughters, Joyce Boozer (Alvin) of Grenada, Miss., Donna Hendrix (Wayne) of Wynne, Ark., and Debbie Wright (Bill) of Bull Shoals, Ark.; two brothers, Joe Walker of Rustin, La. and Leroy Walker (Lee) of Kansas City, Mo., 13 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday evening, October 25, 2013 at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home in Benton (501-315-4047). Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, October 26th in the chapel of Roller-Ballard. Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Monday, October 28th at Miriam Cemetery in Bethany, Mo.
