Randy McGrew

Randy McGrew, 61, of Curtis passed away Tuesday evening, October 29. He was born December 16, 1951 in Hot Springs to Wilma and J.D. McGrew of Glenwood. Survivors include his wife, Georgia, of the home; his sons, Derek (Deanna) McGrew of Benton; Kyle (Kelly) of Arkadelphia; his grandson to whom he was known as "Poppie", Cade (Kyle and Kelly), and soon to be twin grandchildren, (Derek and Deanna). He is also survived by his father, Rev. J.D. McGrew, his brother, Dr. Gary L. McGrew, his sisters, Dr. Regina Thomason (Terry) and Kina Clayton (Danny), all of Hot Springs, numerous nieces and nephews, his maternal uncle, Joe Floyd (Laquita) Wright of Glenwood and other family members. Visitation will be Thursday, Oct. 31 from 6-8 p.m. at Ruggles-Wilcox in Arkadelphia, with a celebration of his life at 2 p.m. Friday, November 1, at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home. Internment will follow at Mt. Tabor Cemetery in Glenwood. Memorials may be made to CADC (Senior Citizen Center) of Arkadelphia; First Baptist Church of Curtis; or Mt. Tabor Cemetery of Glenwood.
