JANICE NADINE BURNS, 68, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013, at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock with her family by her side. She leaves her husband of 38 years, Warren Burns Jr.; her daughter, Lisa Kelley and husband, Joshua Kelley; her son, Christopher Burns; her daughter, Jana Rawls and husband, Jamal Rawls; her sisters, Nancy Vrabel and Jill Massiet and husband, Jay P.
