KYLIE MICHELLE PARR, age 2 hours, passed away Sept. 12, 2013, in Little Rock. She was met in heaven by her sister, Isabella Renee. Kylie is survived by her parents, Tim Parr and Tabitha Crossen; sister, Andria Parr; brothers, Alex and Marcus Parr, and their mother, Brandy Simpson; grandparents, Susan Crossen and Mary Davenport; great-grandparents, Fran and Charles Wasson.
