Jimmie Bryant

JIMMIE BRYANT, 80, of North Little Rock, passed away Sept. 17, 2013. Born in Lenore, W.Va. to Boyd and Bessie Evans Bryant, he was a U.S. Army and Air Force veteran. He was a member of the VFW and worked at St. Joseph's Home. Preceded in death by his parents; brother, Freelon Bryant; sisters, Lucille Workman Bryant and Marie Rushing; and brother-in-law, Marvin Rushing. He is survived by his sons, Michael Bryant of North Little Rock and David Bryant and wife, Carla of Frisco, Texas; brother, Freddie Bryant; sister, Carol Markham; sister-in-law, Dorothy Bryant of North Little Rock; and grandchildren, Justin Bryant of Little Rock, Lauren Bailey of Lincoln, Neb. and Madeline Bryant of Frisco. A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be Monday, Sept. 23, at 1 p.m. at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock, officiated by Dr. Bob Dunaway.
