He is survived by two daughters, LaTonya (Theo) Smith, Michele (Paul) Houston, three sons, Frederick (Moki) Petty, Robert (Racelyn) Petty IV, Tony Petty, two sisters, Marsha (Larry) Burel, Doris (James) Whitlow, five brothers, Johnathan (Delford) Buckner, Sidney Moore, Roger (Erica) Petty, Tony (Pam) Petty, Nemiah Woods, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Funeral Services, 9:30 a.m., Friday, April 11, 2014, Visitation 2-6 p.m., Thursday both in Hubble Chapel. Interment, 11 a.m., Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
